Directions

Combine all ingredients except potatoes and sauce; mix well and shape into a loaf. Place potatoes in bottom of crockpot. Top potatoes with meat loaf. Mix sauce ingredients together well. Pour sauce over all. Cover and cook on Low for 8 to 12 hours.

Serves 6 to 8.
