Directions

Heat oil in medium frypan.

Sauté onion until tender, about 3 to 4 minutes.

Add green pepper, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, oregano, basil and hot red pepper sauce; cook 2 minutes.

Remove frypan from heat and stir in tomatoes and pears.

Cover and refrigerate.
