Directions
Preheat 350℉ (180℃).
Beat together oil, eggs, and sugar.
Sift together next 5 ingredients.
Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with apples to egg mixture; mix well.
Stir in pecans and half of chips.
Spread batter in a greased 9x13 inch baking pan.
Sprinkle with remaining chips.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.
