Ingredients

¼ cup lemon juice
about 1 lemon
2 tablespoons yogurt, plain
1 ½ teaspoons honey
¼ teaspoon cumin
ground, more to 1/2 teaspoon

¼ teaspoon ginger
ground

teaspoon cinnamon
or more to 1/4 teaspoon

3 tablespoons olive oil, extra-virgin
or more to 4 tablespoons
1 x salt and black pepper
freshly ground, to taste

Directions

Mix well lemon juice, yogurt, honey, cumin, ginger and cinnamon in a small bowl until blended.

Slowly whisk in oil so that the dressing becomes smooth and emulsified.

Season with salt and pepper.
