Low Fat, Low in Saturated Fat, Trans-fat Free, High Fiber
 

Ingredients

1 cup whole-wheat flour
¾ cup milk, skim, (non fat) powder
¼ cup cornmeal
cup vegetable shortening
*
1 tablespoon beef bouillon granules
½ cup all-purpose flour
½ cup oats, quick cooking
1 teaspoon sugar
1 each eggs
slightly beaten
½ cup water
hot

Directions

Combine flour, cornmeal, milk, oats and sugar.

Cut in shortening, add egg, bullion, and hot water.

Knead 5 minutes and roll in ½ inch thick and cut out to favorite shapes.

Micro at ½ power for 5 to 10 minutes rotating plate.

Makes 5½ small shapes.
