Directions
MIX meat, parsley, egg, crumbs, garlic, salt and pepper.
Shape into 1-inch meatballs.
HEAT oil in medium skillet.
Add meatballs. Cook on medium-low heat 12 to 15 minutes or until cooked through, stirring occasionally.
