Ingredients

2 cups mixed salad greens

1 each mandarin oranges
or fresh orange segment
¼ cup pine nuts
toasted, or pecans
1 ½ tablespoons olive oil, extra-virgin
1 ½ tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 x salt and black pepper
to taste

Directions

Mix greens and orange in large bowl.

Whisk together olive oil and vinegar in a small bowl.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad, season with salt and pepper to taste.

Gently toss until mix well.

Sprinkle toasted pine nuts or pecans on top.

Serve.
