Directions

Sauté onion, parsley, spinach, garlic and herbs in olive oil until tender.

Mix all ingredients except wine, soy sauce, and parmesan cheese.

Simmer covered for 1 hour.

Stir in wine, soy sauce and Parmesan cheese before serving.
