Directions

1 - Pour water into a pot. Add chicken wing, juniper and stems, bring to boil and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove stems. 2 - Add chicken tenderloins, lovage, onion, garlic, carrot, potato, and ½ teaspoon of salt. Simmer for 15 minutes. 3 - Remove chicken wing and chicken tenderloins. Cut the last into slices. Add a pinch of turmeric. Adjust salt and add some pepper. 4 - Garnish with parsley leaves, lovage leaves, and chicken slices. Comment. If you use dried lovage, the soup will lose most of the basic flavor.
