Directions
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Cool until partially set.
Cut each slice of pineapple in four pieces.
Cut cherries in halves.
Pour small portion of gelatin into mold.
Place a half of a cherry in center of mold.
Arrange sections of orange, grapefruit, pineapple, and cherries in a design.
Cover with a layer of gelatin.
Repeat until mold is filled.
Chill until firm.
Unmold.
Garnish with hearts of lettuce and melon balls.
Serve with mayonnaise.
