Quick and easy home made Italian style salad dressing.

Ingredients

¼ cup capers
drained

1 clove garlic
pressed
1 each shallots
minced

½ cup olive oil
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 each red chili peppers
dried, sliced

½ teaspoon fennel seeds
crushed
1 tablespoon white wine
dry
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a jar with tight-fitting lid and shake well.

Or process until well combined in a small food processor.
