Ingredients

2 cups turkey
cooked, cut up

1 cup celery
chopped
½ cup onions
finely chopped
½ teaspoon salt
¾ teaspoon sage
ground

½ teaspoon poultry seasoning

teaspoon black pepper

1 ¼ cups milk
3 large eggs
1 cup biscuit baking mix (bisquick)

Directions

Heat oven to 400℉ (200℃).

Grease pie plate, 10x1½ inch. Mix turkey, celery, onion and seasonings in plate.

Beat remaining ingredients 15 seconds in blender or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate. Bake until knife inserted comes out clean, 25 to 30 minutes.

Cool 5 minutes.
