Directions
Heat oven to 350℉ (180℃).
Grease pie plate.
Beat all ingredients until smooth, 30 seconds in the blender on high, or 1 minute with hand beater.
Pour into pie plate.
Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 30 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes.
Serve with fresh fruit, if desired.
