A delicious and filling vegetable and ground pork soup with pasta for two that's ready in under 30 minutes and packed with flavor. It's easy to turn ground pork and pasta into a great tasting inexpensive soup.

Ingredients

½ pound ground pork
1 small onions
1 garlic cloves
minced

1 carrots
finely diced

½ teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 pinch thyme

1 pinch oregano
*
1 pinch black pepper
*
2 cups chicken broth
1 medium tomatoes
chopped
1 celery stalks
sliced

¼ cup pasta, elbow macaroni
uncooked

Directions

In a non stick saucepan over medium heat, cook pork, onion, and garlic, breaking up pork until meat begins to brown.

Drain off drippings.

Add broth, tomato, celery, carrot, worcestershire sauce, thyme, oregano and pepper.

Bring to boil for 1 minute. Add pasta, reduce heat and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until vegetables and pasta are tender.

Serve with crusty whole wheat rolls.

Oops, just realized that I forgot to add the worcestershire sauce, but it still came out quite tasty. Another easy-to-make soup that has lots of great flavor and is ideal on a chilly day.
