Hearty Vegetable and Pork Soup
A delicious and filling vegetable and ground pork soup with pasta for two that's ready in under 30 minutes and packed with flavor. It's easy to turn ground pork and pasta into a great tasting inexpensive soup.

worcestershire sauce

pasta, elbow macaroni

Directions
In a non stick saucepan over medium heat, cook pork, onion, and garlic, breaking up pork until meat begins to brown.
Drain off drippings.
Add broth, tomato, celery, carrot, worcestershire sauce, thyme, oregano and pepper.
Bring to boil for 1 minute. Add pasta, reduce heat and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until vegetables and pasta are tender.
Serve with crusty whole wheat rolls.

Takes much longer I would add the pasta after vegetables have simmered for about 30-45 minutes
