Directions
Mix ham, crackers, eggs, pepper and milk thoroughly.
Form into balls.
Place in 9 x 13 pan.
In saucepan, mix brown sugar, dry mustard, white vinegar, and water.
Heat together in a pan.
Pour over balls.
Bake at 350℉ (180℃) F for 1½ hours, uncovered.
Add 1 can pineapple chucks before cooking, if desired.
