CUP ML FETA CHEESE
crumbled *

CUP ML ITALIAN PARSLEY

Directions

Prepare frozen french fries according to package directions.

Meanwhile, add the olive oil, oregano, salt, black pepper and garlic powder into a large bowl.

5 minutes before the french fried have finished cooking, remove from the oven and toss well to coat in the prepare bowl with seasonings.

Return the fries to the oven and continue cooking until crisp, about 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, toss together the crumbled feta cheese, mince parsley and lemon zest in a small bowl.

When the french fries are finished, remove from the oven and transfer to a serving bowl. Sprinkle the feta cheese mixture over the french fries and serve immediately with prepared tzatziki sauce (cucumber, garlic, yoghurt).
