Topped with Tzaziki, olives and Greek feta cheese with cucumber, tomato, lettuce and onion. You can use any favorite sliced meat or vegetarian slices. Quick, easy and delicious!

Ingredients

1 leaf romaine lettuce

3 slices roast beef
or chicken, or vegetarian slices

2 slices beefsteak tomatoes
1/2 inch

3 tablespoons tzatziki
you can drain plain yogurt overnight, adding 1 clove minced garlic, some cubed cucumber and salt

6 slices cucumbers
1/4 inch
4 slices red onion
1/4 inch
3 each greek olives
cut into 1/4 inch thick circles

2 slices bread
prefer whole wheat or whole grain, toasted

Directions

Place one piece of bread on a flat plate.

Lay lettuce on the bread, then lay three slices meat.

Arrange 2 slices tomatoes on the meat.

Spread the tzatziki evenly on tomato.

Put the cucumber on tzataiki, then sliced onions.

Put the other slice of bread on top.

Arrange the olives in sandwich.

Serve.
