Ingredients

1 pound ground beef, lean
1 pound cottage cheese
¼ cup rolled oats
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
3 tablespoons ketchup
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon basil

2 tablespoons parsley leaves
¼ cup Parmesan cheese

Directions

Combine all but parmesan cheese in a large bowl.

Transfer to loaf pan.

Bake 30 to 45 minutes, or until cooked through.

Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top during last 5 minutes of cooking.
