TABLESPOON ML SOY SAUCE, LIGHT

Directions

Heat chicken stock and garlic and boil until reduced to ¼ cup.

Remove garlic. In a wok or large frypan, place reduced chicken stock, ginger, vegetables and sherry.

Stir fry for 3 to 4 minutes, tossing frequently.

Add soy sauce.

Serve with steamed rice.
