Ingredients

1 ½ quarts water

4 each potatoes
diced
1 each carrots
diced
2 each celery stalks
diced
1 each onions
diced
2 large garlic bulb
peeled

½ teaspoon thyme
*
1 dash cayenne pepper
*
1 x salt
to taste

Directions

Bring water to a boil.

Add vegetables, garlic and spices.

Cook over medium heat for 20 to 30 minutes.

Purée and serve.
