6 large eggs
cup milk, low-fat
or light cream
¾ teaspoon salt
teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon worcestershire sauce

Directions

Beat eggs; beat in cream or milk and seasonings.

Cook in upper part of double boiler over hot water until just set, stirring often.

Serve at once with toast.
