1 ½ cups herb stuffing mix
2 tablespoons parsley flakes
2 teaspoons sage

3 pounds whole chicken

355 ml herb stuffing mix

1E+1 ml sage

2.5 ml garlic powder
1.4 kg whole chicken
cut into 8 pieces


Heat oven to 350℉ (180℃). In 13x8 inch baking pan melt butter in over, for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, in 9 inch pie pan combine stuffing mix, parsley, sage, and garlic powder; mix well.

Dip chicken pieces into melted butter, then roll in seasoned crumb mixture to coat.

Place, skin-side up, in prepared pan.

Sprinkle with remaining crumbs.

Bake for 70 to 80 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
