Easy and Moist Banana Bread
Sometimes, nothing can be better than a perfect slice of banana bread and this tasty recipe proves just that!
Ingredients

all-purpose flour

1 | cup |
sugar
|
|
⅓ | cup |
vegetable oil
|
|
2 | large |
eggs
|
|
1 | teaspoon |
baking soda
|
|
1 | teaspoon |
vanilla extract
|
|
½ | teaspoon |
salt
|
|

bananas
|
Directions
Mash bananas and mix with other ingredients. Place in greased bread pan and bake 50 to 60 minutes at 350℉ (180℃).
Let cool before slicing.

We made this bread last month, actually we used half whole wheat flour and half white flour, and it turned out great! Definitely a good recipe.

Just made this. **Easy and delish!!!**
NOTE: The bake time for me was longer than 60min. At 60 min, the center was not done at all. I had to bake mine for an additional 15-20 min.
