Easy & Yummy Salmon Burgers

Very low calorie alternative to your typical beef burger. The water chestnuts give the burger a good crunch.

Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl.
Heat olive oil in medium skillet on medium high heat.
Shape mix into burgers. You can also use a ring mold to make patties.
Cook about 4 to 5 minutes on each side, until lightly browned.
Serve on toasted wheat bun! You can also add your favorite sauce or light mayo.

Hmm, a quick sauce made of Greek yogurt + squeeze of lemon + dill would make a great healthy topping for that salmon burger!
Sean-They are actually carrots spritzed w- olive oil and sprinkled w- dill. Roast them on 400 for 20 min.
Meatball- sounds awesome! I have all ingredients on hand. I used a bit of garlic-infused olive oil mayo- next time I'll go the healthier route!
