Our own food revolution in the kitchen!
We love to cook as healthfully as possible! We like recipes that are fairly easy, but don't mind spending the extra time in the kitchen to make something delicious. Food is a common thread to bring family and friends together, so finding recipes worth sharing is a plus.
We have tried to cut out most meat from our usual diet, and although we won't turn down a juicy steak every once in awhile, we stick to lots of veggies, whole wheat or multi-grain pasta dishes, organic, range-free chicken, turkey anything, and seafood.
We also love pizza, and finding the healthiest, most creative ways to reinvent the wheel when it comes to pizza.
Sometimes, you just have to indulge in comfort foods or other typically "unhealthy" favorites, so we try to find healthier versions and substitutes so we don't deprive ourselves of those goodies.
