Crispy and crunchy. These snowballs are made with peanut butter, chunks of peanuts, raisins and puffed rice cereal. They are delicious treats for kids or grown-up :)

Ingredients

1 cup peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
½ cup peanuts
chopped
½ cup raisins, seedless
1 cup crisp rice cereal
¾ cup coconut, shredded (desiccated)

Directions

Combine peanut butter and powdered sugar until well mixed.

Add peanuts, raisins, and rice crisp cereal. Stir until well combined.

Roll into small balls and then roll in coconut, pressing to stick the coconut to the ball.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Christmas is around the corner, so I have enough reason to make lots of sweets. These double peanut snowballs were the third in a row I made, and they were delicious and additive. Made them for another party at last weekend, and again they didn't last long when we brought them in front of the friends.
