Yellow rice gets stirred together with crab meat, cream cheese, milk, garlic, green onions, and a splash of hot sauce and lemon juice. Into a baking dish it goes, topped with breadcrumbs, and baked until everything is bubbling and the top is crispy and golden.

Thirty minutes. One dish. Dinner sorted.

  • Stir the cream cheese into the hot rice so it melts and creates a creamy base throughout the casserole.

Directions

Cook rice as directed.

Combine with other ingredients except bread crumbs and place in baking dish and sprinkle with bread crumbs.

Bake at 425℉ (220℃) for 10 minutes.
