Directions

Preheat oven to 375℉ (190℃). Peel bananas and cut in half lengthwise; place in shallow baking dish .

Combine butter, molasses, salt, lemon rind, lemon juice and cinnamon. Pour over bananas, sprinkle with coconut. Bake for 15 minutes, basting occasionally.
