Ingredients

½ pound cheese
grated
4 each egg yolks

1 ounce all-purpose flour
1 x vegetable oil
for frying

1 cup tomato sauce
(as a dip)

Directions

Blend egg yolks and cheese to a paste.

Shape into small balls and pass in seasoned flour then fry in oil until golden brown.

Serve with tomato sauce.
