top removed, and thinly sliced *

Directions

Add vinegar, oil, honey or sugar, mustard and salt in a large bowl, and whisk until well blended.

Add fennels, radishes, cucumbers, celery, celery leaves, cilantro and lettuce into the large bowl with the vinaigrette, then toss to well coated.

Serve.
