Directions

Combine bran and milk, let stand 5 minutes.

Stir in bananas, eggs, sugar and oil.

Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl.

Stir bran mixture into dry ingredients until just moistened.

Pour into prepared 9×5 inch loaf pan.

Bake at 350℉ (180℃) F for 60 to 65 minutes until cake tester comes out clean.

Cool in pan 10 minutes, cool on rack.
