Ingredients

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 each onions
4 large garlic cloves

2 ½ pounds ground beef

5 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon oregano
1 each tomato juice

2 each red kidney beans
cans

1 tablespoon salt

Directions

Brown onions and beef in large pan for about 5 minutes.

Add rest of ingredients and cook over a low heat for one hour.
