3 cup self-rising flour
1 teaspoon salt

330 millilitres beer
1 can of your favorite

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 pinch aniseed

710 ml self-rising flour
5 ml salt

45 ml olive oil

Directions

Just mix all ingredients well, until you get a soft but not sticky dough. If it's sticky, add a little flour and knead again.

If it's too soft, put it in a mould (oil the mould). If it's ok, make it into a loaf and put on your baking tin (oil the tin).

Preheat oven to 180 C.

Cut the loaf on top, and put in the oven for 40-50min.

Top with aniseed or sesame, if you want.

It is not bread! You make with self-rising flour is like a cake without sugar and egg. When you say a beer bread without yeast it shouldn't use self-rising flour. I totally agreed with Miami comment!

I made mine with homemade self rising flour and it turned out fine. My family loved i.
