Beef and Sausage Meatballs
Easy and tasty meatballs, these are great for meatball subs.
Ingredients

ground beef, lean

italian sausage

eggs
|
|

bread crumbs
dry |

¼ | cups |
Parmesan cheese

¼ | cup |
italian parsley
fresh |

onions
minced |
|

garlic
minced |

oregano

Directions
Mix all ingredients until well blended. Shape into 1½ inch balls.
Bake on rack in 350deg oven for 25 min.
Let meatballs simmer in sauce until fully cooked (45min-1hr)
