Ingredients

3 cups 7 bean and barley mix, dried
drained

½ cup molasses
½ cup tomato purée (passata)
½ cup water
3 tablespoons honey
¼ cup onions
diced
1 teaspoon sea salt
optional
¼ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon turmeric
1 d black pepper
optional

Directions

Combine all ingredients and mix well.

Pour into a baking dish and bake in a preheated 350℉ (180℃). oven for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
