This is a perfect snackin’ dessert for St. Patrick’s Day. People keep coming back for more of this Irish Cream enrich cake like bar.

For swirl
Directions
Preheat oven to 350℉ (180℃).
Prepare a jelly roll pan (about 15 x 10 x1 inch).
Mix cake mix with eggs, Irish Cream and oil.
Set aside ½ cup of prepared cake batter for swirl.
Pour cake batter into prepared pan.
In a small bowl, blend all swirl ingredients.
Drop large spoonfuls of this mixture over the cake batter.
Swirl with a fork to make a marble effect.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
Cool and cut into squares.

I have all but the white choc. chips. I have choc. chips. wonder if that would work. Sounds too awesome and easy to not try it!
I have used butterscotch chips, semi sweet chips, and Andes mint chips.
I have also used the holiday flavors of Baileys
Like salted caramel, and chocolate.
I think it should be working, only thing is that the colour is going to be different, instead of white, it may look dark :) But the flavor should be still good!
I have this in the oven now. I'll let you know how it turns out.My pan was a few inches bigger than suggested and I used choc.chips because I didn't have white choc.and I don't like white choc.If it doesn't turn out of course it'll be a bad recipe :)
