TEASPOON ML CURRY POWDER

OUNCES ML/G TOMATO SOUP
condensed, about 1 can

OUNCES ML/G CHICKEN BROTH, LOW SALT
1 can, or 1 3/4 cups water

TABLESPOONS ML PEANUT BUTTER

TABLESPOON ML CILANTRO
freshly chopped

Directions

Heat oil in a medium saucepan, sauté onion until softened, 3 to 5 minutes.

Stir in curry powder and cook, stirring, for 1 minute more.

Add condensed tomato soup and broth or water.

Bring to a simmer.

Whisk in peanut butter and cilantro.

Season with salt and pepper.

Serve hot.
