1-2-3 Chocolate Cake

This easy chocolate cake recipe has been handed down for generations!

Directions
Preheat oven to 350℉ (180℃). Grease and flour 9×13 baking pan.
Cake:
Bring to boil: 2 sticks melted butter or margarine, 4 tablespoon cocoa powder, and 1 cup water.
Mix by hand: 2 cups flour, 2 cups sugar, 1 teaspoon soda, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
Using a whisk, beat together 2 eggs and 1 cup buttermilk.
Mix 1, 2, and 3 together. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Icing:
Bring to boil: 1 stick butter or margarine, 4 tablespoon cocoa, and 6 tablespoon buttermilk.
Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 cup chopped pecans.
Add 3 cups powdered sugar.
Ice cake while still warm.
