Crockpot Taco Steak and Rice recipe

We used leftover grilled vegetable salad to make these quick tacos, and they were very yummy!

These tacos were delicious! Made them for a recent family dinner, and everyone at the table just kept asking for more. Thank goodness that I had enough to cover everyone's appetite :)

These individual taco pizzas are loaded with flavors. Spread with basil pesto, topped with juicy yet chewy, and sweet oven-dried cherry tomatoes, and shredded mozzarella. After baking, they come out cheesy, juicy and delicious!

The grilled chicken adds the "pop" to this traditional tex-mex recipe. I made this on game day for my boyfriend and me, and it was a hit!

Tastes delicious when filled with very lean beef cooked with a little green pepper, lean shredded cheese, shredded lettuce, tomato, and a good shot of hot sauce. Of course a nice Mexican beer with it makes it extra good.
