This is based on a delicious Paula Deen chicken recipe. It makes a great appetizer and only uses 5 simple ingredients. I found the original recipe way too sweet so have modified it to be a bit less sweet and have added a spicy kick to balance out the sweetness.
Instead of the raisins, this Apple Strudel uses dried cranberries instead. It's also lighter, crispier and easier to make by using phyllo pastry instead of typical thick pastry.

This wonderful crispy phyllo tart is a great recipe especially for holidays or you have guests, you can use fresh or frozen spinach. The ricotta, feta cheese and sun-dried tomatoes mix with spinach, adding eggs and egg whites, after baking, it is fantastic.
