This cake was to die for seriously. Made it two days ago, and I was so exciting while I was making the cake. It certainly required some work, but the outstanding result made worth it totally. The cake was very chocolaty, fugdy and moist. The raspberry-cream cheese layer was like a cheesecake inside the chocolate bundt cake, absolutely delicious. The chocolate ganache had nothing to do with butter or cream, it had cocoa powder, honey, grapeseed oil and greek yogurt. So it was such a decadent cake but packed with goodness, how cool!
