Directions
In large bowl, mix the first 4 ingredients.
Add shortening or oil, vanilla, vinegar and water.
Mix well. Batter will be thin.
Pour into ungreased 11inch x 9 inch pan and bake in 350℉ (180℃) oven for 35 to 45 minutes.
Leave in pan. Frost with your favorite frosting.
