I have been making Thanksgiving dinner for 14 years and have made turkey several different ways. This turkey recipe is now one of my top two favorites! It was perfect for a non-Thanksgiving turkey craving. I saved the drippings to make gravy for open-faced turkey sandwiches with mashed potatoes the next night. Delish!!! Thanks for making turkey fun during the "off-season"!

This savory tart is a delicious way to cook with your leafy-greens, such as kale, Swiss chard, collards and sweet potato or squash. The balsamic vinegar is used on both cooking greens and caramelizing the onions, which really adds a delicious hint, the feta cheese adds the nice cheesiness and well-balanced saltiness. It can be served as a main dish or a side dish!

Ran out of plums and had leftover so developed this recipe to use strawberries instead of plums that the original called for.

I made mine in mini pie pans and used a cream cheese/sour cream topping slightly sweetened with confectioner's sugar. The filling is excellent.

Sweet coconut-filled bars with a graham cracker crust topped with melted chocolate. So easy and so good.

Delicious! Made this pie for dinner yesterday, and it came out great. Happened to have all the ingredients that the recipe called for, so gave it a go, and it was surprisingly delicious.
