A delicious appetizer made with shrimp, garlic and a pinch of cayenne pepper.

Ricotta is mixed with potato, prosciutto and egg, and bake it like baking a bread in a loaf pan, the flavor is absolutely delicious; and it is served with grilled bacon, grilled bread and roasted cherry tomatoes.

I got this recipe out of McCall’s magazine about 35 – 40 yrs ago from the pages of the McCall’s Cooking School and have made it a number of times since.

This is a basic risotto rice . Many ingredients may be added, such as green onion, peas, sliced mushrooms, clams, shrimp, lean hamburger or chicken.

Warm and cheesy hors d’oeuvres that are easy to make. Pepperoni and mozzarella turn this modification of bacon cheddar spinach squares into pizza squares!

Fall off the bone lamb with sweet capsicum (bell pepper) and tomatoes. Stand a shank on top of a 'mountain' of garlic mash potato in a bowl; ladle bell peppers and soupy stock all around. Mop up with crusty bread
