I made this recipe for my collegues, and they all asked this recipe from me, so great a recipe.

Hot pot is a traditional Chinese cuisine, you can add whatever you want and boil them for a while, easy and quick, this vegetarian hot pot you can aslo add any kind of meat you want, they go very well together.

Instead of deep-frying, these baked spring rolls have much less fat but still come out golden, brown and crispy. You will be amazed how delicious they are!
