Russian appetizer/6 recipes

A great appetizer for hungry friends, this was a real hit at the 2012 New Year's Eve Celebration

I got this recipe from "TheSouthernLadyCooks.com" Here's a blurb from her website: "These rolls will melt in your mouth. I have made them for years and they are wonderful. My family looks forward to these rolls during the holidays. I think this recipe was on a box of grits years and years ago."

Note: In lieu of fresh trout, 1/2 lb cooked and flaked fish may be used. Make smaller protions and serve as an appetizer. Oatcakes that have been gently warmed in the oven go well with this dish.

Assorted mushrooms, fresh vegetables and flavorful Asian sauce make these scrumptious spring rolls, dipped in Chinese style mustard sauce, simply delicious!
