1/2 cup of Saucy Susan
2 tablespoons mustard

A 5 pound kosher salami, whole
1/2 cup of Saucy Susan
2 tablespoons mustard
Directions
Preheat oven to 450º
Cover baking dish with foil and place salami in center
Combine Saucy Susan and mustard to create a marinade.
Coat salami with marinade and bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until salami is browned.
Serve on a platter with sharp cheese knife, cut cubes as you go to keep from drying out with toothpicks or small forks.
