A tradition in my household. Every year we make a batch of this chutney.

Simply roasting some winter vegetables with all kinds of herbs and olive oil is a great side dish in the Thanksgiving menu.

Easy to make, good taste!

Great simple recipe, I added some leeks which I threw in with the parsnips when they had about 10 minutes left to boil. Really came out great.
