Brandade De Thon(Tuna) recipe

A little of this spicy mixture goes a long way! Makes enough marinade for 1 1/2 pounds tuna, pork tenderloin and sirloin steak.

It is a very nice meat pie, easy to make, and just half an hour, you can taste a good meat pie.

This is such a fun recipe. I made an entree Vol Au Vent for a recent garden party with this chicken filling, filled the small puff pastry baskets with it. Not only it looked nice and elegant, it also tasted amazingly delicious. A great pick!
