Serve this Thai twist on pizza as is or with optional toppings, such as thinly sliced basil, cilantro, chopped peanuts and/or crushed red pepper on the side.

It is really so nice a recipe, my first time tried it, really a surprising for my whole families, they all loved it so much, will make it again soon.

I added some Italian seasoning and fresh ground pepper to the Ricotta and I added about 1/4 tsp. of white truffle oil to the mushroom and onion mixture after it had cooled. It had great flavor

It is a fantistic combination, tomato-basil salad is very tasty with the pizza rolls.
